Q&A with Jaylynn
What would your advice be to brides who currently don’t have a planner?
GET ONE!!! Seriously- having a planner or coordinator who is on your side, looking out for your best interest is a game changer. You’ll thank me later. A planner helps navigate and fine tune the logistics to allow you to be fully present on your wedding day without having to be interrupted by the noise that goes on behind the scenes among so many other things!
How do you help couples incorporate personal touches into their big day to make it uniquely theirs?
We start off by understanding your preferences and getting to know you on a deeper level to understand your love story. I am a wedding planner who is a big believer in incorporating personal touches and unique elements to your wedding day. We planned a wedding last year where our couple had a boba station, lion dances and a custom ice sculpture. These are the types of elements that you will remember forever!
Do you offer any services outside of full planning?
We offer it all! Full Planning, Partial Planning and Event Management + beyond. We meet our couples where they are in the wedding planning process and from there, custom create an experience for them that meets their needs.
What made you want to get into planning?
The wedding industry stole my heart more than a decade ago. I’m a creative soul who loves to plan and who loves to celebrate! I love the design and detail aspects. Something so special and personal about being in a room celebrating your love with your friends and family-there’s nothing else quite like it! The feeling is so beautiful and gives you a natural high that is addicting- that’s why we like to do it over and over again!
What do you like to do in the off-season for fun?
I’m a homebody who loves movies, sushi, books and candles! I love spending my Saturday evenings watching a great movie, eating great food with great company! I’m also busy leveling up and developing my team, getting better and achieving more!
