The Simon was opened by a father-daughter duo with a knack for throwing fabulous parties! Since the very beginning, the pair has been behind the scenes, turning wedding plans into a seamless reality. Not only will they give you the perfect location for your celebration, but they will also be by your side to make sure your day is a total dream!
Details of the Grounds
The thing I love the most about The Simon is its versatility. The modern industrial aesthetic easily works across styles, so your decorations feel right at home. The Simon can also host everything from micro weddings to parties with up to 200 guests.
On the morning of your wedding, you will have access to one of the two get-ready suites so you can get ready for your day alongside your best friends.
The venue offers a designated ceremony space for your service. This room features white-washed exposed brick, wooden-framed windows, and statement chandeliers. White beams add a soft industrial vibe. You can transform this area as much as you need!
Once it’s time for your cocktail hour, your guests will head to the Speakeasy Lounge, where they can enjoy handcrafted drinks in a vintage-inspired setting. They can also head out to the balcony for drinks and conversation.
The reception space is large and open, with plenty of room for your best dance moves! Similar to the ceremony space, this room relies on a neutral color palette, complete with white walls and ceilings. You will have two movable bars so you can have your ideal floor plan.

Wedding Details
The Simon is going to work with you to fill in all the details of your wedding. They offer transparent rental rates for up to 11 hours. They will take care of the ceremony seating as well as the reception tables and chairs, and don’t require any minimum guest counts or rental requirements. Throughout your day, you will have a fully stocked bar as well as bartenders. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and there is free downtown parking.
